Quanzhou ToolWits New Material Technology Co., Ltd. and Quanzhou Jiuzhou Chuangyuan Machinery Co., Ltd are sister companies, ToolWits is brand for international market and Jiuzhou Chuangyuan is brand in domestic market, and we have been focusing on technology improvement and long term cooperation as well as considerate service for more than 13years, and have 3 factories producing diamond tools and quarry equipments, with full product range from stone quarry exploiting equipments to factory processing diamond tools and construction diamond tools. ※ Product Application

Stone Quarry machines:

In the quarry, normally we use Horizontal core boring machine or Down-the-hole drilling machine to drill the holes, and then put Diamond wire saw into the hole, finally use Diamond wire saw machine to cut and get the big block. Later use the Rock driller to separate the big block into small blocks.

Diamond wire saw:

Besides the above mentioned diamond wire saw for quarry, there is wire saw for block cutting , block squaring and stone profiling , Diamond wire for concrete normally is used to wall, underground, bridge and etc, Details please refer to our products catergory.

Diamond cutting tools:

After the small blocks been transferred to factory, normally use Diamond saw blade or plastic diamond wire saw to cut the block into the slabs, after the segment in the blades finish, we can reweld the new Diamond segment. And Dry cutter can cut and carve the stone, concrete saw blade cutting road, floor or wall; Wall saw especially for cutting wall during house redecoration; Asphalt saw blade cutting the Asphalt road during the road rebuilt.

Diamond grinding tools:

After the block was cut into slabs by multi wire, we need to polish by many steps, from coarse to smooth, so first polish with diamond satellite or diamond, and later polish with resin tools. And when the ceramic is produced, there is procedures to cut the edge and make the tile into regular size, so the diamond roller, Metal edge squaring wheel and etc is applied. Metal floor grinding tools, floor concrete disc, Trapezoid PCD for Epoxy Remover are for floor first step grinding and later polish with floor polishing pads.

Diamond polishing tools:

Resin edge polishing wheels is making the edge shining, and Resin diamond fickert and Glazed polishing abrasive just polish the ceramic surface and make it shining and beautiful.

Diamond polishing pads and Diamond brush, Abrasive brush and etc just process the stone surface into shining or Antique effects, something like that. Resin floor polishing pads, Concrete floor polishing pads is used for polishing and renew.

Diamond drilling tools:

Diamond core drill bits drill holes at wall or at floor, for example we install air conditioner or we install tap for the kitchen counter top.
